Dear Valued Client Partner,
We wanted to provide information for you on how StaffReady is responding to the COVID-19 crisis unfolding in our country.
As
of Tuesday, March 17th, we will send most of our Technical
Support staff as well as all Sales and Account Managers home to work
off-site as per current recommendations for minimizing community
transmission. Our headquarters is located in Spokane, Washington
which currently has a low positive test count. We want to do our part
to flatten the curve.
While
your access to StaffReady will not be interrupted, it is possible
that the unique working circumstances could affect response times to
customer service requests and ticket items. We will push hard to
maintain or even improve our response times. We want to make
you aware of the circumstances we will be operating within for most
likely the next 2-4 weeks.
We
realize that many of you are near the front lines in our
country's health care response toward negating the impact of
the virus spread and supporting your organizations. We
are proud to be here to assist you and help you spend less
time on administrative duties and more time on clinical and
management responsibilities.
