- Jennifer is the Regional Manager of Laboratory Quality Assurance and Point of Care Testing at Loyola Medicine in a suburb of Chicago. She has a Masters in Healthcare Management from McMaster University in Canada and has experience as a Laboratory Regulatory Compliance Specialist, and Medical Lab Scientist in Microbiology and Blood Bank in both the US and Canada. She is dedicated to the laboratory profession and advocacy for laboratory professionals through extensive volunteering with local and national laboratory organizations, such as the Illinois Society of Microbiologists and the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
